Risk Analysis and Prevention of Logistics Outsourcing Process

Abstract

Based on the essence and classification of logistics outsourcing,environmental risk,strategic risk,management risk,financial risk,information risk and other effects of enterprise logistics outsourcing process were deeply analyzed.It is indicated that strengthening the social control of the enterprise logistics outsourcing process,improving the enterprise development strategy,controlling the formulation and execution of contract,improving enterprise financial early warning system and management information systems are effective preventive measures and methods,which would provide the criteria for decision-making of logistics outsourcing.
