Abstract

In order to enhance the market competitiveness, the non-professional logistics companies are outsourcing its non- core business, in order to achieve self-sustained development. But the logistics outsourcing bring in a lot of interests, it also brings risk. This paper explores the risk mechanism of logis- tics outsourcing from three areas, to draw corresponding conclusions and models, so that the logistics outsourcing enter- prises can avoid risk effectively on the base of understanding the logistics outsourcing risk.
