Abstract
With RBC-CR1 rosette, RBC-IC rosette and RBC-CR1 rosette assay, we studied the effect of Se on RBC immune adherence function and activity of RBC immune adherence promoting factor in ND-immunized chicken by drinking. The experimental results showed that the average content of serum Se in correspondence with Se dosage in every groups, and RBC immune adherence function and the activity of RBC immune adherence promoting factor in group 1~4, especially in group 3 were higher than in group 5.
