Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find the factors influencing the changes of red cell (RBC) immune function and phagocytosis in male SD mice. we choose such methods for the goal of this study: C3b sensitized yeast red cell agglutination was used to study the changes of RBC CR1 activity and RBC-IC, PEG semi-metry method was used to study the change of CIC in serum and a special test of phagocytosis . The results indicated that some kind of excise training plans can affect RBC immune function and phagocytosis. We think moderate intensity exercise can amplify such functions and have a strong effect in promoting health and preventing disease.
