Abstract

The frame geometry model of an electric vehicle is built and meshed by using the finite element software Hypermesh. The loads and boundary conditions according to the actual situation are applied to complete the finite element model. The author also analyzes and calculates the static stiffness and strength of the frame in the corresponding loads and boundary conditions. The optimized research plan and specific method are proposed to provide the theory basis for the improvement and optimization of the body frame.
