Abstract
The vehicle frame is an important part of the whole vehicle,it has the important meanings for analyzing and researching the structure,by using finite element analysis method,the reasonable model simplification method and connection mode were adapted,a light truck frame based on ANSYS model was built.The static analysis of frame was did to ensure that the frame has enough strength,and the weak positions was proposed to optimize the reasonable suggestions for improvement.
