Abstract

The pine sawdust which had been piled up for 6 months was made to compost,the mycelium of Auricularia auricular can grew,the growth speed of mycelium was 4.79 mm·d-1,pH was 6.22,the extracellular enzyme activity of mycelium in the pine sawdust and that in the sawdust was nearly at equal pace.The results showed that the pine sawdust could partly replace the sawdust and be used in cultivation.
