Prelimary study on substituted substrate Auricularia auricula using pine sawdust

The effect of different pine sawdust pretreatments on the Auricularia auricula mycelial growth was studied in the test tube,then better methods were adopted in the cultivation.The results showed that in the sub-strate with 60% pine sawdust added which had been piled up for 8 months,full growth time of the mycelium was 58 d,and the yield of fruitbody was 42 g per bag.In the substrate with sawdust treated in lime solution,the my-celial growth was stronger,burgeon time was earlier and the difference of fruitbody yield was not significant.
