Abstract
Treated pine sawdust was as substrate to produce Auricularia auricular. Grouwth of Auricularia auricular in the sawdust and yield was studied. The results showed that the 15 tested strains of Auricularia auricular could grow and produc fruiting body in substrate of pine sawdust, which had been exposed to nature for 8 months. Based on the economic properties and yield of the tested strains, Juhua-3, 9809, EastA1, Yan-1 were recommended as candidates to be grown in substrate of pine sawdust in Heilongjiang Province.
