Abstract
The level of the development of sports is an important symbol measuring a country and society's development and progress.With the development of economic globalization,sports is becoming increasingly important in the international political,economic and cultural contact.Competitive sports is an important part of sports,which features on sports,for the purpose of winning excellent results.Since 1989,Chinese competitive sports has achieved rapid development.Chinese athletes make a brilliant record in the major sporting events on the international and domestic.This improves the development of Chinese sports largely.However,with the development of market economy,the problems and deficiencies in the existing systems exposed increasingly,which caused people to think about sports and athletics' vocational reform.
