Acitretin Joint Narrow-band Ultraviolet B Treatment of Plaque Psoriasis Clinical Observation

Objective:To observe the joint acitretin capsule narrow-band ultraviolet B treatment of plaque psoriasis treatment.Methods:161 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups,the treatment group oral acitretin capsule,with the NB-UVB irradiation.A control group of oral acitretin capsules.Application of the control group 2 alone the treatment of NB-UVB irradiation.Results:The treatment of 3 weeks,6 weeks,9 weeks,when the efficiency of the treatment group were higher than control group l and Finance 2,inter-group differences were statistically significant comparison(P0.005).Conclusion:A joint acitretin NB-UVB treatment of plaque psoriasis,patients Can increase the sensitivity of light therapy to reduce the amount of light therapy and treatment time;but will also reduce the amount of acitretin,thereby reducing the occurrence of side effects,in Clinical worth promoting.
