Abstract

Objective:To observe the effectiveness of narrow-band ultraviolet B(NB-UVB)associated with oral acitrretin on plaque psoriasis.Methods:111 patients with plaque psoriasis were divided into 2 groups randomly, therapy group treated with oral acitretin(0.5 mg/d·kg) associated with radiation of NB-UVB three times a week, control group treated with oral acitretin only. After 4 weeks therapy, the clinical efficiency analysis was made. Results: After 4 weeks therapy, the cure rate of 92.86 % was observed in therapy group and 76.36 % in control group. There are significant difference between two groups.Conclusion:NB-UVB associated with oral acitretin is a safe and effective method to treatment with plaque psoriasis.
