Abstract
The assessment of the implementation of urban master plan is very important today. By studying the characteristics and the contents of urban master plan,analysing the promote policy and the running mechanism of the plan,the paper tried to find out some contents and policy and their classification which should be assessed from the whole contents of urban master plan and various complex policy that affect the implementation of the plan.
