Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of nursing interventions under the guidance of high quality nursing service mode in the early diagnosis of patients with tuberculosis. Methods 90 cases of tuberculosis from January 2011 to January 2013 were randomly divided into two groups, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received toutine nursing, while the observation group received the nursing intervention under the guidance of high quality nursing service mode. The patients' situation of two groups were compared. Results The survey result showed that the level of related knowledge in the observation group after nursing intervention had significantly increased, knowledge of disease and treatment, drug related knowledge and dietary considerations for master degree was significantly higher than control group (P0.05). The anxiety and depression levels in the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than control group (P0.05). Conclusions Under the guidance of high quality nursing service mode, nursing intervention in patients with early tuberculosis treatment can improve the cognition of disease, and patients are with lower levels of anxiety and depression.
