Effect of high quality nursing service mode on primary tuberculosis patients

Objective To discuss the effect of nursing intervention under the guidance of high quality nursing service mode on primary tuberculosis patients.Methods A total of 132 primary tuberculosis patients in our hospital from Jan uary 2012 to January 2013 were randomly divided into the intervention group applied systematic and careful nursing intervention under the guidance of high quality nursing service mode on the basis of usual care and the control group applied usual internal medicine care by double blind,and each group was 66 cases.The clinical effective rate,hospital stays and satisfaction of patients in two groups were statistically compared.The psychological changes of patients in two groups between before nursing and after 6 months of nursing intervention were evaluated by self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depressive scale(SDS).The quality of life of patients in two groups between before nursing and after 6 months of nursing were evaluated by quality of life measurement table(QOL-UCC).Results The clinical effective rate,hospital stays and satisfaction of patients in the intervention group were better than those in the control group(P 0.05).After 6 months of nursing intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in the intervention group were signif icantly lower than those in the control group(P 0.01),and the QOL-UCC score in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Implementing systematic and careful nursing intervention under the guidance of high quality nursing service mode on primary tuberculosis patients can increase the clinical treatment effective rate of patients,improve satisfaction,reduce negative emotions,shorter hospital stays,pro mote the improvement of quality of life in patients,facilitate disease control and rehabilitation,and is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
