Abstract
Objective:To analysis the change of levels of interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-18(IL-18) and C reactive protein(CRP) and its clinical significance in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods: The levels of plasma interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-18(IL-18) and C reactive protein(CRP) in 106 patients with CHD(in which AMl 36 cases,UAP 30 cases,SAP 40 cases) and 32 normal controls were determined by enzyme linked immunoadsorbent assay(ELISA).One hundred and six patients with CHD were divided into three groups:group A(Gensini score26),group B(Gensini score between 26~54) and group C(Gensini score54) according Gensini score of coronary angiography. Results: The concentration of plasma IL-18(389.21±93.55)and CRP(0.86±0.48) in group C were higher than those in group B[(331.32±106.59),(0.62±0.38)] and group A[(250.20±106.89),(0.42±0.34)],and those in group B were higher than those in group A(P0.05 all). Conclusion: The findings suggest although IL-10(a protective factor of CHD) level is increase, but it can not hamper the genesis and development of CHD;interleukin-18 and C reactive protein may participate in the pathogenesis and progression of CHD.Detect these inflammatory factor will contribute to diagnosis and monitoring of CHD.
