The Study on the Development Strategy of Logistics During the Process of Urbanization in Heilongjiang Province

The papers analyses logistics' developmental course and existent problems during the process of urbanization in Heilongjiang province, and brings up some strategy which will accelerate Heilongjiang province's urbanization development. Under open economic conditions, connected with the reality of Heilongjiang province, we should put concrete and effective logistics development strategy into practice and drive our urbanization development. It will make great senses on optimizing the allocation of resources, adjusting industrial structure, uitalizing the Old Northeastern Base, realizing sustainable development.
