Strategeic research of circular economy development in Heilongjiang province

Abstract
The traditional economic development model of heavy pollution,high cost and low output in Heilongjiang province is restricted by the lack of resources and entironment,so to improve the efficiency of resources and reduce emission are the most important goals to achieve.On the broad analysis of Heilongjiang province's situation,strategic frame and constructive development strategies of circular economy development are put forward.
