On English Teacher's Quality

Quality education is an important topic for discussion. The key point of diathesis education is that teachers themselves should possess high diathesis. In this article, the author discusses the quality that English teachers should possess from the aspect of ideology, speciality and teaching ability. The factors that influence the quality education are also analyzed and methods of improvement are suggested. The key point of quality education lies in the improvement of the teacher's quality. Only those teachers who are keen on the educational cause and have high quality can carry out quality education better.
