Abstract
The paper described the determination of six elements(Fe,Mg,Ca,Ba, Mn and Al) in Sargassum fusiforme by ICP-AES.The Sargassum fusiforme sample was digested by microwave and the effect of acid medium on the digestion was studied.Under the optimal conditions, the detection limits of the six elements are in the range of 0.0005~0.01 μg/mL with the RSD≤2.6%.The recoveries are in the range of 95.7%~103.5%.The experimental results showed that the developed method is easy, rapid and accuracy.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
