Abstract
Trace mercury in Sargassum fusiforme was determined by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The experimental conditions for treating and analyzing samples were optimized. The method is simple, rapid and highly sensitive. The detection limit of the method is 0.05μg/L,and the relative standard deviation of Hg is 1.5%.The recovery is in the range of 93.8%—105.3%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
