Abstract
Thirteen elements in the plant sample were determined by ICP-AES after microwave digestion. The detection limits of the method are 0.087—6.03μg/g with the precision(RSD%,n=12) of 0.49%—2.28%.The analytical results for rice, tea, kidney bean, seaweed, pollen and astragalus root National Standard Materials are in agreement with the certified values. The method can meet the requirements of determination of trace elements in plant samples.
