Abstract

The aim of this study is to discuss the nature of the competitive sports and analyze their influences on the school sports.Competition can offer excurricular activities for the students and be good for the education for allround development.Some training principles and laws can promote the healthy development of school sports.The positive influences of competitive sports should be utilized and the positive influences be eliminated.
