Appealing of competitive sports:trainology of sports competition theory system

With adoption of literature review and logical analysis,this paper expatiated on the studies on the athletes' participation in competitive sports both in China and abroad.The idea of constructing trainology was proposed,which focused on athletes,coaches and teams as the objects,the competition and adaptation as the research content.It also emphasized the principles of anthropology,organizational behavior,organizational cultural theories and training science.The specific content is the preparation,reaction and adaptation of the competition,with competitive behavior,transfer and control as the core.
