Abstract
[Objective]To understand the status of HBV infection among health population of employees in Fengxian District of Shanghai City.[Methods]ELISA was used for determination of HBsAg and HBeAg.[Results] Totally 72 105 employees received health examination during 2006-2008,3642(5.05%)were HBsAg positive.Among which 628(17.24%)were HBeAg positive.Most HBsAg positive employees were in 21~30 years and 31~40 years age group.HBsAg and HBeAg positive rate of male were higher than that of female.[Conclusion]The employees,who are HBsAg and HBeAg positive,should be transferred to other positions to avoid the massive infection.
