Abstract
The method for the determination of a novel fungicide pyrametostrobin residue in cucumber and soil were developed. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned up on chromatography column and SPE column to obtain an extract suitable for analysis by HPLC. The calibration curves linear concentration of pyrametostrobin ranged from 0.05 to 10.0 mg/L and the correlation coeff icient was 0.999 99. The fortif ied recoveries at two concentrations of 0.02, 0.2 mg/kg ranged from 95.66 to 108.34% with relative standard deviation less than 9.77%. The limit of detection was 2×10-10 g and the limit of quantif ication was 0.02 mg/kg.
