Abstract
An HPLC technique was developed for determining residue of carbendazim in cucumber and soil in the present study. The samples were picked up with acetone/water=7/3(V/V) and purified with ethyl acetate. The aqueous solution was extracted by ethyl acetate in proper pH.After concentration, the target ingredient was separated by HPLC and detected by DAD detector at 280 nm.The average recovery of the method was from 78.50% to 90.01%,with the coefficient of variation ranging between 4.40% and 7.50%.The lowest limit of detection was 0.05 mg/kg.The precision and accuracy of this method might meet the requirements of pesticide residue analysis.
