Abstract
An analytic method with HPLC was developed to determine residue of cyromazine in cucumber and soil. The sample was extracted with methanol by ultrasonic, and was concentrated. Then the cucumber sample were cleaned with Envi Carb/Florisil and the soil sample was cleaned with hexane and were analyzed by HPLC.The lowest detection limit for cyromazine was 4×10 -10 g;the lowest detectable concentration was 0 02mg·kg -1 .The average recove ries of cucumber were 76 2—86 2% with 0 4—2 0% coefficients of variation in the concentration of 0 05—5 0mg·kg -1 .The average recoveries of soil were 85 4—88 1% with 0 6—1 4% coefficients of variation in the concentration of 0 2—5 0mg·kg -1 .
