Multi-cultural education relies on the respect of different ethnic cultures, promotes the mutual understanding between different ethnic groups and aims at carrying out a shared education for all. China is a multi-national country and its minority cultures are the important part of its multi-cultural education. Thus, multi-cultural education has great significance to the mutual understanding between different ethnic groups and to the inheritance and popularization of our ethnic cultures.
