The treatment efficacy and NIHSS score of edaravone combined with clopidogrel in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the efficacy of the observation of the the edaravone united clopidogrel therapy in pa tients with acute cerebral infarction and NIHSS score.Methods All cases were from 64 patients with acute cerebral infarction patients admitted in our hospital in March 2010~March 2011 in according to the different treatment methods into treatment group(edaravone combined with clopidogrel therapy) and control group(edaravone treatment) of the 32 cases,efficacy and treatment were compared between the two groups after treatment 14 d after 7 days of treatment,the treatment of the the 14 d after two groups of the NIHSS changes.Results The efficacy of the treatment group and the control group after treatment 14 d comparison,93.8% 75.0%,a significant difference(P 0.05).After 7 days of treatment,NIHSS score compared with the two groups before treatment was significantly decreased in the treatment group than in the control group decreased more significantly(P 0.05);Treatment after 14 days,7 days,NIHSS score of the two groups were compared with pre-treatment and post-treatment significantly reduced,and the treatment group compared with the control group decreased more significantly(P 0.05).Conclusion Edaravone and clopidogrel associated with the treatment of acute cerebral infarction have a synergistic effect,can effectively improve neurological deficit,improve clinical outcomes,worthy of promotion and application.
