Abstract
The principle of presumption of innocence is a commonly accepted principle in international society.The present Code of Criminal Procedure involves the reasonable content of presumption of innocence,though rights of silence are not established.We should further understand the principle of presumption of innocence,and establish the rules for rights of silence with appropriate limits.
