Abstract
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effects of improved by transurethral resection of the prostate treatment of the patients with BPH.METHODS 50 cases with BPH were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and the control group was treated with transurethral resection of the prostate, the observation group was treated with improved by transurethral resection of the prostate. The clinical results were compared for these two groups.RESULTS Improved by the TURP group in all cases the successful course of treatment, and after 3 months of the IPSS,RUV,Qmax and QOL was no significant difference in the circumstances(see table 1),operative time, blood loss volume and complications of the observation group were significantly less than the control group.CONCLUSION Improved by transurethral resection of the prostate is effective in treatment of the patients with BPH,which should be suggested in clinical experiences.
