Abstract
Objective To analyze the curative effect of transurethral electro-combined electrotomy in the treatment of hyperplasia of prostate. Methods 60 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with transurethral resection of prostate, while the patients in the observation group were treated with transurethral vaporization of prostate and transurethral resection of prostate. The hysterectomy and therapeutic effect of operation were compared. Results After operation treatment, the maximum urinary flow rate, quality of life scale score as well as the international prostate symptom score in both groups were improved significantly than the before operation treatment(P0.05).The maximal urinary flow rate, quality of life scale score and the international prostate symptom score in the observation group were better than that in the control group(P0.05).The bleeding volume and postoperative indwelling catheter in the observation group were significantly shorter than that in the control group(P0.05).Two groups of incidence rate of postoperative complications were difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Transurethral vaporization of prostate and transurethral resection of prostate is suit for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia,it has good operation effect, less bleeding, alleviate symptoms and fewer complications.
