Abstract

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of immediate implantation and immediate reconstruction for denture. Methods In our hospital,104 patients of benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into two groups in accordance with the principle of informed consent,52 cases of control group with transurethral resection of the prostate,52 cases of observation group with transurethral vapor-resection of the prostate, the treatment conditions of two groups were compared. Results The patients were cured,in the observation group, the blood loss was significantly less than the control group and the hospital stay was significantly shorter than the control group, there were statistically significant differences between two groups(P0.05);there were no serious complications in two groups. Conclusion Transurethral vapor-resection of the prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia has satisfactory clinical efficacy and good safety, and help patients with early rehabilitation,it is a better clinical treatment.
