Abstract

The 17th Congress of the CPC brought forward drive the people democracy by expanding the party democracy .As a new creative form,deliberative democracy has important significance to expand the democracy of CPC and arouse people democracy.This thesis elaborates the concept value and reality of the CPC deliberative democracy and several important relations which have to be dealt with so as to advance deliberative democracy of the CPC.
