Intension,Subject and Extent: Carding on the Theory and Practice of Chinese Deliberative Democracy

As a political ideal pursuit and practice mode,deliberative democracy has its own specific connotation, characteristic and extension. Analyzing basic connotation of deliberative democracy accurately is helpful not only in understanding differences between deliberative democracy and Chinese political consultation system, but also in clarifying coexisting and interacting relationship of deliberative democracy and competitive democracy,as well as in overcoming thepan-deliberative democracyandideology of theoretical research; in addition, systematic analysis of subject structure and its characteristics of deliberative democracy is beneficial to expand scope of deliberative subject,to highlight national nature ofpeople's build equal relationships of subject of deliberative democracy,to achieve cross connection and unity between longitudinal and horizontal relations of subject of deliberative democracy,to avoid theelitismandauthoritarianismof deliberative democracy.
