On the Relationship between Rural Economic Development and the Transition of Financial Systems in Our Country

One of the reasons that rural economic development is behind that in urban is that the reform of rural economic system is behind that in urban,and the reform of rural financial system is behind the reform of rural economic system.The major problem now in the reform of rural financial system is how to cultivate rural financial exchange.We should give prominent attention to the reform of rural credit cooperatives,and properly guide non-government credit in complementing rural fund.
