Discussion about reform direction of rural financial system

The reform of the rural financial system is the government-dominated system of mandatory changes and the induced institutional changes,following the formal financial system and institutions,and suppressing the informal system,which ignores the basic functions of financial institutions and has a significant path-dependent feature.The importance and urgency of the rural financial system reform are analyzed from several respects: the guidelines of rural financial system reform,the management system of rural credit,the establishment of rural cooperative banks in areas and so on,which is a reference for the direction of the rural financial system reform.
