Although finance has been playing an active role in rural economic development during 30 years of reform and opening-up,hard-to-financing phenomenon still exists in rural area.For further rural financial revolution and promoting rural economic development,many supportive steps which would promote rural financial system development should be applied including,vigorously innovating rural loan secure and insurance business,rapidly establishing and improving rural financial system which adapted to Peasant Rural and Agriculture ,encouraging and guiding innovations of credit product and credit modes in financial institution,giving full play to local government’s leading role in rural financial development.
