The Grey System Analysis on Information's Pay Ability of Rural Residents in Hebei Province

From investigating the per capita consumption and per capita net income of rural residents in Hebei province from 2003 to 2008,the gray correlation analysis method,the relationship between the sub-consumption index and the per capita net income were quantified used.Then GM(1,1) model was established,the standard on information's pay ability of rural residents in Hebei Province was calculated,and then the actual survey data to have the further analysis was combines.The results showed that the rural residents in Hebei province lack of information's pay ability which pending further improving.At last,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions was also given.
