Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical significance of CT-guided percutaneous core needle lung biopsy. Methods:Forty patients with lung lesions examined by core needle lung biopsy were studied. The diagnosis value of core needle lung biopsy was analyzed. Results:The achievement rate of punture was 100%,the accuracy rate of diagnosis was 97.5%(39/40),the diagnosis rate of maglinent tumor was 87.5%,and the complication incidence rate was 12.5%.Conclusion:CT-guided core needle lung biopsy is an efficient and safe diagnostic method, its clinical application is very important.
