Abstract
Based on the analysis of the present situation of college counselors' career development,this paper put forward that the concept of career be applied to the building of the team of college counselors.It also analyzes the significance of career in building the team of college counselors,and proposes that the community,institutions of higher learning and college counselors themselves should conduct the three-dimensional career planning together,and the goal of counselors' career should be closely combined with the goal of the college's development.
