The Research on the Career Planning of College Counselors

College counselors are special groups in colleges who are in charge of the moral education,the management of college life,and the guidance in the psychological health and the career of students.Therefore,college counselors' career planning not only influences their working enthusiasm and specialization but also relates with the growth and development of students and even the quality of higher education.The author analyzes the problems of college counselors' work at present,explains the significance of college counselors' career planning,and makes a preliminary discussion on how to do well in college counselors' career planning from both individuals and colleges in the thesis.
