College Counselors’ Career Plan with Career Anchor Theory

Abstract
Based on the analysis of the present situation of college counselors’ career development,this paper put forward that the theory of career anchor be applied to the building of the team of college counselors.It also analyzes the significance of the theory using in college counselors’ career planning,and propose that the community,the institutions of higher education and the college counselors themselves should conduct the career planning together.The development of the college counselors’ career would be combined with the development of our colleges.
