Abstract

Objective To study the distribution of (131)I labeled anti-CEA,TPS and mixture monoclonal antibody(McAb) in nude mice bearing human breast cancer and to provide the basis for RII and clinical use. Methods The nude mice were divided into 3 groups randomly,3.7MBq/0.1ml labeled anti-CEA,TPS and mixture McAb was injected into the tall vein each group respectively, the RII were performed at 24,48,96,120 hours by SPECT.Radioactivity ratio of tumor and non-tumor(T/NT)were measured after 48,96,120h,interval of injection. Results Radioactivity concentration in tumor was found during the 24 to 120 hours after injection, the peak value of T/NT was 21.31 at 120 hour. The positive rates of RII were 50%,58%,91% respectively. Conclusion Mixture McAb group is higher than the control group in the positive rate of SPECT,the value of T/NT.The monoclonal antibody was used by mixture prospective to be used as the first selection in RII.
