Treating 86 Cases of Chronic Hepatitis B with the 3rd Decoction of Kangdufugan

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of the 3rd decoction of Kangdufugan ontreating chronic hepatitis B.Methods:Two groups both were treated with vitamin C and glucurcurolatone basically. 86 cases of therapy group were added to the 3rd decoction of Kangdufuganorally(a decoction per day), while 32 cases of control group were added to Yiganling tablets and Hugantablets.Results: The curing ratios in therapy group and control group were 21.91% and 6.25% respectively( P 0.01), the total effective ratios being 95.35% and 81.25% respect ively( P 0.05), the improvelnent ratios of major 3yndromes and symptoms being 91.07% and 67.29%. To the major indexes,there were significant difference between before and after treatment, and between the two groups after treatment.Conelusion: Kangdufugan decoction has some clinical significance in treating chronic hepatitis B, whose curative effect are better than that of Yiganling tablets with Hugan tablets.
