Abstract

To study the impact of angle variations of cutting tool on the results of involute spline cold rolling.The simulation of the forming process with different cutting tool angles is very valuable.The modeling of rack-kind tools is very difficult in ANSYS.AutoCAD VBA method is used to establish the geometric model.ANSYS can import the geometric model by means of software interface.All of above give the references for engineering and study application for similar projects.
