Abstract
This paper analyzes the stress of driving spline on silicon steel ZR3 decoiler that used by Wuhan Iron and Steel Corp.Using the secondary development tool VBA of AutoCAD to achieve the parametrization design and the modeling of the spline of decoiler, and convert the geometric model into the analyzable models which having the concept of element,so the automatic segmentation of ridding has achieved. The stress strain were analyzed by ANSYS,it can provide the principle for optimizing design of the spline parameters, and the whole development efficiency has been enhanced greatly. At the same time,it presents an effective reference way for the people who doing similar study.
