Abstract
Objective Through contrasting the results of treadmill exercise testing(TET) and coronary angiography(CAG),to evaluate the value of TET in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Method The test results of TET and CAG in 93 patients were comparative analyzed.Results Compared with CAG,the sensitivity of TET in diagnosing of coronary heart disease was 87.5%,the specificity was 44.8%,the accuracy was 77.4%,and the effects of the degree of pathological changes,age and sex on TET were analyzed.Conclusion TET has the advantages of security,non-invasion,cheap and simple operation etc,has high sensitivity and specificity,and can improve the diagnostic accuracy of coronary heart disease together with coronary angiography,its value is higher than resting electrocardiogram.
