Abstract
Objective: To investigate the sensitivity of electrocardiogram treadmill exercise test (TET) for diagnosing coronary heart disease (CHD) .Methods; 133 patients with chest pain undergoing TET and coronary angiography (CAG) were enrolled. The results of TET and CAG were compared to evaluate the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of TET. Results:The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of TET for diagnosing CHD was 89.0% ,55.0% ,and 73.7% .Conclusion:TET has significiance on diagnosing CHD,evaluating cardiac ischemia and effect of invention treatment, but its sensitivity and specifictiy should be improved.
